Mutigullina, Tauba was erected in the Art Nouveau style, with a traditional hipped roofing of the minaret and the hall. The mosque was built of sand-lime bricks. The facade was lined with light limestone tiles, the base was decorated with polished black granite.

The cathedral mosque was built as a high voluminous double-lighted structure covered with a multi-pitched roof with a 53-meter minaret on the north side, crowned with a gilded crescent with engraved sayings from the Koran and attached to a single- , the roof of which is a paved terrace. A separate entrance for women and men is made on different sides of the facade of the building (west and east)

Colorful bright stained glass windows of vertical light passage from cast glass adorn the northern facade of the mosque.
