How to get to
By plane to Murmansk or Apatit, then by bus or by train to Polyarny Zory. From the Polar Zory to the ski resort there are buses (stops "Shop" Euroros "", "Market", "Pushkin, 7"). Buses leave twice a day on weekdays (uphill: 08:40, 15:30, from the mountain - 17:15, 18:05) and three times a day at weekends (on the mountain: 08:40, 09:30, 11:30, from the mountain: 12:15, 17:20).
By train of the Oktyabrskaya railway to the station "Polyarnye Zori" from Moscow or St. Petersburg, then by bus to the ski resort.
Trails of Salma
For skiers in Salma, 5 trails with a length of 800 to 1400 m with a height drop of 240 m are open. In the center of the skiing complex there is a wide Main slope - perhaps the most popular among skiers and snowboarders. A little to the west of the Main one lies the Forest slope - one of the longest in Salma (1400 m). The south-western slope (1400 m) is in demand among fans of "puhljaka", and, here, the East slope from which development of Salma began, remains a little in demand, after all it is necessary to reach to the base from it a tractor.

Hotel
For accommodation in Salma, a hotel complex consisting of an administrative building and three wooden cottages with a total capacity of up to 80 human. There are locker rooms, a cafe and a rental office in the administrative building.
Ski-pass
Ski lifts are open from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekends. On Monday the complex is closed. The cost of a daily subscription is 600 rubles. You can also purchase hourly ski passes.
