Excellent hotel April 19, 2013
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. Quality is higher than the price. One small minus is the new-fashioned phenomenon of "shower in the wall" (without a hose). As for food - in the room he did not expect, went to a restaurant (included in the price of the room) - everything was delicious and fast. And do not regret "work" your ass, go down to the restaurant for breakfast - there are friendly waiters and thematic situation on the level. During the year the hotel changed for the better, took into account all previous "remarks". I recommend it to everybody.

Beautiful and expensive. The girl at the reception is friendly ... But why, if 2 women are lodged, we were on a business trip, the number is given as a newly-married couple? The maid, truth, has pulled these beds, but all the same ... there are numbers for couples, but there must be another type. The room was hot and stuffy. There is no conder, and the windows look out onto the street and arouse noisily. and dusty. As there the people will be in the summer ... There is no price list for drinks in the fridge bar. The hotel is good: quickly issued upon check-in, friendly staff, good service . BUT during the stay found out that the hotel manager in my absence " inspected "what and where I lie! And during this check it seemed to her that my fruit and a bottle of soda in the bar would spoil, there are chips and nuts there !!! In no one hotel such is not present! If it were not for the tyranny of the manager, I would rate the hotel as "excellent," and so, I'm not very "comfortable" when without my knowledge conduct tours and study where and what I arranged! It is not known yet what she plans to check tomorrow! The manager is a tyrant .

Lived in the middle of November 2011. Interior, decoration - on the level. The rooms are small, but you can live. Why the shower is tightly fixed in the walls, I still do not understand .... The restaurant is beautiful, but the service is sloppy .. you consider it to be a subhuman ... I went to the restaurant every morning for breakfast, but for some reason first served the people who came to 10-15 minutes later ... well, foreigners there generally lick the lick, they completely forget about the Russian speakers. Were in the hotel restaurant a week after its opening. Of course, the renovation was grandiose (by the way, it smelled of paint with terrible force). In the advertisement it says "Here the guests will find dishes of national cuisines." This is somewhat exaggerated. In any case, the menu only Russian cuisine.
