A nightmare place! We bought the package "Pearl" for a week, on the first day, not an hour and a half, we found out the circumstances of the fact that we did not have the required number, but nevertheless we received the keys to the number we needed (t .but there was no one in the building where the hotel administration rested, so it was not hurrying to populate there), but not this most terrible: today the third day as the tap water either is not at all, or it is so rusty that the shell turns brown . Leadership does not go to the meeting . Their other people's problems do not bother . And the fact that FZ-59 was violated by a person! For the time of routine cleaning of the filters in the hotel, there should not be people standing! This is a violation of consumer rights and disrespect for guests!
