I stayed there on May 5-8, 2013 . I returned in the evening to my room and found that my medicines left on the table were gone (cost 200 euros) . They were in aluminum foil - I think the cleaner they simply threw out . What struck me, this is how the management of the company approached the problem . The vice-president of the hotel Vidmantas Kudarauskas accused me that I specially invented this story . He did not even try to talk with the cleaners who were cleaning up that day and find out the situation . Rough raid, there was not even an ATTEMPT to apologize, let alone to compensation . Knowing that I need to go to the airport for the samalet, with a mockery, offered to call the police to wait 3 hours . If you want things to disappear from your room and you yourself were accused of theft, stop!
